Caught By The River Thames

Caught By The River Thames

By Hannah Phillips

The Thames will be flowing to a new beat in August as eclectic cultural collective Caught By The River launches its inaugural two-day festival. Having previously worked with Festival No 6 and Port Eliot Festival, this time Caught By The River is ticking all the right boxes as it brings a gloriously diverse line-up to Fulham Palace.

Headliners take the form of slowcore trio, Low and Welsh faves Super Furry Animals, while the weekend will also see Beth Orton, Kate Tempest (in conversation with Miranda Sawyer), Mulatu Astatke, author Amy Liptrot, and BBC’s much-loved wildlife expert Chris Packham take to the stage. Chris Packham. Need we say more?

A promising fusion of music, literature, beer and nature, we’ll be securing our ticket ASAP. See you there.
