Fabric of Freedom Fashion Show

In the face of war, art becomes a powerful voice, amplifying stories and emotions that defy words. Fabric of Freedom fashion show, a collaboration between the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the London Metropolitan University, UA in UK Community, and fashion show curators Olenka Martynyuk and Nataliia Bartkiv, embodied this spirit.
This inaugural event, held at London Metropolitan University, kicked off with a powerful live performance by Ukrainian musician, singer, and songwriter Tasha Tarusova.
It then went on to celebrate the resilience of talented Ukrainian designers who have found refuge in London.
The runway saw collections of Galushko, Mandyradzhy, Selera, and AG Studio, as well as artisan works of Tetyana Palchynska. Each piece bears the mark of their Ukrainian heritage and the inerasable impact of their journeys.
Fabric of Freedom was more than just a fashion show. It was a celebration of Ukrainian spirit, creativity, and resilience, aimed at fostering a community where displaced designers can rebuild, share their stories, and reclaim their place in the global fashion scene.
